What the fook did you say?

Me and my friends have our own language. We haven't named it or anything - but each person always has at least one phrase or word that they use and it is sort of attributed to them. When I use our silly words with people outside our little group (or throughout my webpage) I am usually met with confused looks. I decided that I would make up a little dictionary of all these wonderful little words for my amusement and yours as well. If you have a word that you'd like to add feel free to email me.

Ach-em - I got this word after watching that cartoon called "The Critic." It's just a sound I make after yawning.

Chilly bumps - goosebumps. Frequently heard coming out of Sasha's mouth.

Cron - something we don't like or a bunch of crap. Cyndi stumbled on this word by accident. She went to her terminal at work and on the screen it said "Cron." She called me up (since I'm the computer goddess at work) and wondered if I knew what it was. I didn't - so we decided to make it one of our words. An example of it in a sentence would be: "This is a bunch of cron."

Cronoid - people we dislike. "The majority of people in the New Castle store are a bunch of cronoids.

Fook - a version of f@%#. My boss doesn't like it when you cuss in front of him - so me and a friend came up with this alternative. I use it more than the actual word it replaced!

Fubarred - really fucked up. "His hair was so fubarred looking."

Funkalicious - cool.

Gifty - a variation of nifty. It originated with my district manager, if I remember correctly. After that it slowly worked it's way into many people's vocabulary at work. I used to hate this word - but it kind of grew on me.

"Go Lay Down" - basically it means to shut up. "You need to go lay down" if the most common way to say it.

H- as in "Go to H". Another word inspired by my boss. A friend said "hell" and my boss got "the look" and asked my friend if he said "the 'h' word." So those of us that were present decided that we had to come up with some other variation of the word.

Hoochie Momma (tm) - used to describe clothes to clubbing in. ex: "I wore my hoochie mama (tm) pants last night."

Modee-friggin' - basically a nice way to say mother f@#$-cking.

"Pardonize You" - Caroline (a.k.a. Lipps) always has to be different. She used to say "Oh, Excuse you" when we would pick on her - but now she has chosen to say "Pardonize You." Only Lipps can get away with saying it without sounding completely idiotic.

Who-gee Booje - The spelling is odd ... probably because I tried to spell it like it's pronounced. It's a pretty generic word that I use when I can't think of what the name of something is. "The tape gun is right next to the who-gee booje."

Woo Hoo! - usually said with varying tones of voice ... this is obviously a happy sound.

Woo Woo - not to be confused with woo hoo this is a sad Erin sound. It's usually accompanied with pouting.

Yoke - As in "I'll yoke up that invoice you wanted." In the land of Erin it means "get."
